The company’s founder, Jayda Uras, is half-Turkish, half-British, and grew up in Switzerland. She originally trained as an architect from the Rhode Island School of Design. After having worked six years in New York as an architect, she expanded her horizons by studying aromatherapy and biochemistry with internationally renowned industry experts Michael Scholes and Debbie Freund. She later received a degree from the New York Healing School. Jayda Uras continued her studies in London at the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy under Gabriel Mojay. While studying in London, she worked as a natural remedy consultant at Wholefoods in Soho London.
Jayda specializes in Herbal / Aromatherapy consultations, Herbal treatments focusing on all illnesses & skin conditions creating and customized blends for customers and clients.

Centuries before, massage was used by the Babylonians, who’s techniques were adapted extensively by the Arabs (Babylonians, Egyptians) Turks.The term ‘Massage’ comes from the Arabic massa ”to touch, feel, handle”. The ancient Egyptians regularly used massage & aromatic oils & realized the advantages of using these essential oils & herbs during massage for healing the mind, Body & soul – often referred to as “magical” oils and selling them as “magic” potions. The Ottomans further enhanced these by using them in their hamams and the head doctor of the imperial Ottoman court would often prescribe the king and court members to have herbal massages & hamam treatment as part of their well-being prescription.

For 20 years, Alen Hristov has been working with clients focusing on sports, muscle, bone & joint injuries. He specializes in sports, injury, and athlete rehabilitation and lymphatic drainage , deep tissue massage & Thai massage.
massage with Dr. Alen involves an assessment of your bone, muscle and joints. Trauma & Cellulite conditions. Alen works on deep tissue massage techniques including Shiatsu, Lympahtic drainage and physical traumas.

“Touch and Movement Therapy” is a comprehensive integreted body and mind therapy that combines mainly Rolfing, Trager, and Paula techniques, and focuses on connective tissues around and between muscles, namely the ‘fassia’, surrounding, supporting, and penetrating all of the muscles, bones, and inner organs.
